About Regina

I am a writer, "life coach," professional counselor, and college professor.  I specialize in helping people connect to their creativity so that they can live satisfying and rewarding lives.

I earned a Ph.D. in Sociology from The Ohio State University and a M.Ed. in Community Counseling from the University of Dayton and has extensive training as a psychodramatist, primarily through the Hudson Valley Psychodrama Institute (HVPI).  I am licensed as a Licenced Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in New York and as a professional counselor (PC) in Ohio.

I love to facilitate workshops designed to help people connect with their creativity, spontaneity and inner resources to work through their problems and blocks.

When I'm not working, I love playing guitar, hiking, biking and doing yoga.
